Our Commitment

At Forceluminous, we take pride in the quality of our handmade cards and printing services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind every product we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Custom Products

Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, our return policy differs from standard retail policies:

  • Custom printed cards and materials are made-to-order and cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a quality defect or error on our part
  • We highly recommend carefully reviewing all design proofs before approving production
  • Once a design proof is approved, we cannot accept returns for design preferences or text errors that were present in the approved proof

Quality Issues

If your order arrives with quality defects, we will make it right:

  • Printing errors or quality issues not present in the approved proof
  • Damaged products due to manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Missing items from your order

In these cases, we will either reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photographs of the damaged packaging and products
  • Keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Email us at contact@forceluminous.world with your order number
  • Describe the issue and include photographs if applicable
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order:

  • Orders can be cancelled before the design proof is approved
  • Once production has begun (after proof approval), cancellation is no longer possible
  • Design consultation fees may be non-refundable if significant work has been completed

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Products with buyer-approved design errors
  • Slight color variations due to screen differences (we recommend ordering samples)
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
  • Rush orders where expedited timelines were met
